We ship worldwide and we work with different shipping zones. When you enter your address while checking out, the shipping costs will automatically be calculated.

United States:

Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium:
We offer free shipping to our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders placed on working days before 4 pm will be processed the next working day if the product is in stock. Depending on our delivery courier, this order will arrive at your doorstep within 2-5 business days.

Collect at our Amsterdam store
You also have the option to collect the product from our store at Haarlemmerdijk 143 in Amsterdam. You will receive an email from us as soon as you can pick up your purchase. Mostly it is in between 1-3 days.

Deliveries within the European Union:
It takes 7 to 10 working days.

Deliveries in all other countries:
It takes 9 to 12 working days.

Right after you've placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.

Pick up at our Amsterdam store
If you choose to pick up your order at our Amsterdam Centre store we will send you an email as soon as you can pick up your purchase. Mostly it is in between 1-3 days.

Pick up in Amsterdam-Centre
We offer you the option to collect your order from our store at Haarlemmerdijk 143 in Amsterdam (if it is in stock in their warehouse)/. You will receive an email from us as soon as you can pick up your purchase. Mostly it is in between 1-3 days. You can check this option during check out.

Pick up in other stores
If you want to pick up your order in Amsterdam Oud-West, Haarlem or Antwerpen, please contact us.

Oh no! You are not satisfied with your purchase? It is possible to return your item(s) within 14 days to the address below. Please be aware that all responsible return costs will be at your expense.

Return your order at our store
You can return your order within 14 days at one of our stores. We will issue a refund to your bank account (we do not refund the return amount in cash).

Our return policy
Items must be unworn with original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

We will not take back damaged,worn, washed or used items in any way.

Please use the return address label that comes with the order and make sure your order number is visible.

Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order, to advise us of your intention to return or exchange. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us. Returns outside this period may not be accepted.·

JUTKA & RISKA is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

We will issue a refund to your bank account. This may take up to 10 working days.

If you are not satisfied with a product, it is possible to return it (within 14 days after receiving) to the following address:

Return to the store in Amsterdam, Haarlem, Antwerpen
You can just drop by to return your order in the Amsterdam, Haarlem or Antwerp shop. We will issue a refund to your bank account (we do not refund the return amount in cash).

It may occur that you’ve seen one of our items in one of our stores and you can't find it online. If an item is available to order online this means the item is in stock. However, from time to time, due to the high rate of sales both in our stores and online, there may be some discrepancies. We suggest keeping an eye on our website on a regular basis, as the item might get restocked.

We’re sorry that the item that you purchased is damaged. You can contact us via phone or email and we'll provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first. You will need an authorization code to ship back a damaged product. See our Contact page for our contact details.

Our team instantly processes your order as soon as you’ve placed it. We do this to ensure the quickest delivery possible. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. We will look into the status of your order and if it hasn’t been processed yet, we are able to cancel or change the order for you. If it’s too late to cancel your order, just return your item(s) and you will get a refund.
