Oh no! You are not satisfied with your purchase?  It is possible to return it within 14 days to the following address. Please be aware that all responsible return costs will be at your expense.

Return your order at our store 
You can return your order within 14 days at one of our stores. We will issue a refund to your bank account (we do not refund the return amount in cash).

Our return policy

• Items must be unworn with original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. We will not take back damaged, worn, washed, or used items in any way.
• Please make sure to include a filled in fully copy of our return form, you can find our return form here. To avoid waste, we don't standardly include return forms with every order.
• Our return form includes a non prepaid shipping label with our correct return address.
• Return shipping costs will be at your expense.
• You have 14 days from receipt of your order, to advise us of your intention to return or exchange. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us. Returns outside this period may not be accepted.
• JUTKA & RISKA is not liable for any return packages that may be delivered to a faulty address, pick up point, become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping your returns.
• Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
• We will issue a refund to your bank account. This may take up to 10 working days.
