DELIVERY & RETURNS

FREE DELIVERY IN THE NETHERLANDS AND BELGIUM ON ORDERS OVER € 75
We want you to get your new purchase as soon as possible! Orders placed on working days before 4 pm will be processed the same or next working day if the product is in stock.

Dispatch and order tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation providing you with a tracking number. Note your order(s) is not traceable within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery within The Netherlands and Belgium
We offer free shipping to our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium on orders over € 75. Orders placed on working days before 4 pm will be processed the next working day if the product is in stock. Depending on our delivery courier, this order will arrive at your doorstep within 2-5 business days. Shipping may take longer during sale or discount code days.

Collect from our Amsterdam store
You also have the option to collect the product from our store at Haarlemmerdijk 143 in Amsterdam. You will receive an email from us as soon as you can pick up your purchase. Mostly it is in between 1-3 days.

We ship worldwide and we work with different shipping zones. When you enter your address while checking out, the shipping costs will automatically be calculated.

Deliveries within the European Union:
Takes 7 to 10 working days.

Deliveries in all other countries:
Takes 9 to 12 working days.

Damaged goods during shipment
Please make sure you check your item(s) once you receive your package. Any harm from delivery must be accounted for to us within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). In the event that you receive damaged items, email to customerservice@jutkaenriska.com. Please include an image and a description of the damaged goods. We will issue a refund for the damaged goods and you can make the order again.
